Cubic ZirconiaUpdated a year ago

Cubic zirconia, often abbreviated as CZ, is a synthetic gemstone that is widely used as a diamond simulant in jewelry. CZ is created in a laboratory by heating zirconium oxide powder to extremely high temperatures and then cooling it rapidly. The resulting material is optically clear and has many of the same physical and optical properties as a diamond.

Because CZ is much less expensive than natural diamonds, it is a popular choice for affordable jewelry. CZ can be cut and polished to mimic the brilliance and sparkle of a diamond, and it is available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. It is often set in precious metals like gold or sterling silver, and it can be used in all types of jewelry, including engagement rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.

Although CZ is not as hard as a diamond, it is still quite durable and can withstand everyday wear and tear. With proper care and maintenance, CZ jewelry can retain its luster and sparkle for many years.
