Exchange Eligibility and Process
We are happy to accept exchanges for our regular jewelry within 60 days of receipt. But unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on personalized and made-to-order items. No worries if you are unsure whether your piece(s) qualifies. You can check which items are eligible for exchange when you start the process from the links below. Please click on the link below to start your return:
- US-based customers (return Icin link )
- International customers (We do not accept returns on international orders just yet, but we are working on it)
Tips for sending pieces
To avoid any problems and delays on your returns & exchange, here are some tips for sending back your piece(s) to Babeina:
Prepare Your Package
Please send the piece(s) in original packaging. Only send back the jewelry piece in the zip bags or pouch and send your jewelry back in a bubble mailer, be sure the pieces are clasped together to avoid tangling. The post office will accept no large boxes.
Provide Important Details
All packages must include a full name and the order number inside of the package to be processed. If you do not know your order number, contact customer care.
Getting your Exchange
We will send your exchange item once we receive and process the return package, which will take up to 10-15 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding your shipment with a tracking number. US-based Babeina Exchange credits are issued when the package is posted.
To qualify for a return or exchange
- Items should be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items should be sent in the original packaging(including tags, pouches, and boxes).
- You cannot separate a set into individual piece(s) for a return, exchange, or store credit.
Non-returnable or non-exchangeable Items
- Personalized items, which include engraved and monogrammed products.
- Digital and Physical Gift Cards
