Broken or tarnished items 

We offer a six-month warranty on all gold-plated, gold-filled jewelry types and a three-year warranty on solid gold pieces. We are happy to remake any piece under warranty that has broken or lost shape. 


The warranty doesn't cover lost items, scratches(bent ring or broken chain) due to normal wear and tear, or any modification or altering of the product by a third party other than Babeina.

 

The repair duration is 1-2 days for regular items to ship after getting the piece(s), but the personalized and other made-to-order pieces need some time to reprocess. Please get in touch with customer care if you have more questions. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can.


Lost Pieces

We are happy to offer a replacement at a discounted price If your piece is lost within six months of the item being ordered. To inquire about a replacement, please get in touch with customer care with your order number.
